Internationally acclaimed
performer, novelist, and voice-over artist Alison Larkin
returns to the Colonial Symphony as the narrator for
Igor Stravinsky's The Soldier's Tale. Renowned
for her wide range of voices, Larkin will portray the
narrator, devil, and soldier in this colorful
work.
Larkin is best known for her
critically acclaimed one-woman show and novel, The
English American, based on her life.
The London Times calls Larkin's performances
"hugely entertaining."
Larkin, a New Jersey resident,
appeared with the Colonial Symphony last June as the
narrator for Peter and the Wolf.
